Yes! The Stuart Brewer Foundation is a California state approved nonprofit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible for California state taxes. We are currently pending federal 501(c)(3) status, which will make donations federally tax-deductible as well. You will receive a receipt for your donation that can be used for tax purposes.

We operate four core programs: Equality Advocacy, Animal Welfare Advocacy, Reentry Support for formerly incarcerated individuals, and Youth Empowerment for at-risk youth. Each program addresses interconnected social challenges to create lasting community impact.
